Mr. Arun Nehru,B.E. (Civil), M.S. (Construction Management), Bradley University, Peoria, IL. USA, leads the team as Chairperson. His exposure in building and construction industry in India backed up by his academic proficiency and initial experience during his stint in USA has shaped him into a professional with an amalgamation of scientific aggression and value systems.
As the chairperson he leads a team of experienced and highly talented professionals involved in all disciplines of construction industry. The team has a thirst for finding the most optimal solutions for the challenges posed by the present needs in the construction industry. The team consisting of 120 professionals working as one unit is the personification of achievement.
Mr. Arockia Das leads MEP, and has 41 years vast experience in design of water supply projects including pumping plants, mechanical & Electrical components. He has done Energy audits for major water supply projects. He designed solid waste management for Tiruchirappalli and Madurai corporations including seven other local bodies.
He was a key design engineer ( Mechanical ) in JBIC assisted water supply projects for Kerala Water Authority, Thiruvanathapuram.
He is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and served in TWAD for 31 years and heading the division of Design department, execution and commissioning of water supply and sewerage projects. After his tenure in TWAD for the past 3 years he as lead Morpheus MEP assisted in design of MEP services for various mixed development projects ranging from block housing to multi storied projects.
The team is equipped for MEP designing of large scale high end projects.
Er.A.V.Ganesh: Director - Operation having 23 years varied experience in the construction projects. He has executed major buildings, infrastructure / Factory projects in various capacities all over India and abroad with well national & International standards.
He has involved in construction management of Industrial building like Reliance Petrochemical, Town ship projects in Zernograd, Russia, Institutional buildings like Engineering Design Research Centre for L&T which has got Osaka Congress outstanding building award and Medical college building at Kerala.
He has primarily worked in reputed organization like Larsen & Toubro Ltd for maximum in his carrier after his Engineering.
Dr. V. BALAKUMAR B Tech-IIT Madras, M Sc Engineering-Anna University College of Engineering, Ph.D Anna University. He leads Morpheus Structural Consultancy, since 1987, as Structural & Geotechnical consultant was involved in the design and construction of numerous Residential apartments, Commercial complexes and Industrial facilities.
Extensively involved in designing of piling including pre cast jointed segmental piles, design of deep excavation protection with soil nailing, contiguous pile wall, and diaphragm wall); M/S C.R.Narayana Rao Consultants (large industrial structures and complexes foundation design and preparation of specifications to soil investigation and piling); M/S Doshi Housing Limited( large residential apartments); M/S Sundaram Clayton Limited (Factory structures for casting, and automotive component manufacturing facilities), etc.,are some of the prestigious Clients. Numerous multi-storied residential apartments have been designed by him, one of which has been instrumented for the study in his doctoral thesis.
He is a member of Indian Geotechnical Society and International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. He is also a member in Tc207 Committee of ISSMGE involved in soil structure interaction study has travelled to Norway, Germany, Thailand, Japan and Australia and Taiwan for attending conferences. Some of the papers were presented by him personally.
He is very familiar with advanced software packages relating to structural design and ANSYS. The team is equipped for structural designing of large scale high end projects.
